By ordering and paying your deposit/making payment in full to The Busy Bee Home Bakery you have deemed that the following terms and conditions are understood and accepted.
The Busy Bee Home Bakery will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations.
All prices are non-negotiable and subject to change.
Payments must be made in advance of collection/delivery.
Cancellation / Amendment
If you need to cancel or amend any part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after submitting your order. We will try our best to accommodate amendments to your order where possible, however this is at our discretion. Cancellation cannot be accepted after you have taken receipt of the order.
If requested, we will endeavour to alter a design where possible. If the alteration affects the cost, or preparation work for the original design has already been undertaken, then your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Delivery charges are in addition and are calculated on a mileage and time basis. Alternatively, orders can be collected from our premises in Riverhead, Kent at no charge.
We currently do not offer a courier or postal service.
If you choose to collect your order, we will not be held liable for any damage once it has left our premises.
Subsequent requests for a delivery, after submitting an order based on collection, can be considered, subject to existing delivery commitments.
Best Before Date / Storage Conditions
Brownies/Blondies/Traybakes are best kept in a cool, dark place and eaten with in 3-5 days of receipt. Alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
If you have any pictures you would like to share with us whilst enjoying our treats we would be delighted to use them for our social media. Please be sure to ask permission from your photographer before sharing any professional photos with us and please always credit your photographer so we can too! We reserve the right to use photographs/video taken by our photographer of orders on our website, blog and social media pages.
We hope you will enjoy your order from The Busy Bee Bakery, however in the event of any issue we would encourage you to contact us immediately so that we may seek to remedy. Should you wish to make a formal complaint about your order then please email us at email@example.com and include photographic evidence of your complaint if possible.
Return / Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
The Busy Bee Home Bakery has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been accurately and fairly described. Packaging may vary from that shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website, however as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Busy Bee Home Bakery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. The Busy Bee Home Bakery shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
